BOOKING
- A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking (VISA or MASTERCARD for deposit). Balance is DUE UPON CHECK-IN.
- CHECK IN TIME 4PM – CHECK OUT TIME 11AM
- We accept Visa, MasterCard,Cash or Debit at check-in.
- A valid Credit Card is required to reserve a cabin.
- Reservations are 2 night minimum.
- We require written notice of any cancellation (email).
- Our Cancellation Policy is Firm.
CANCELLATION POLICIES, DAYS LOST & DAMAGES
- If you cancel your booking at least 60 days in advance of your arrival we will refund you your deposit minus the $100 service fee per unit.
- If you cancel your booking 30 days or less before arrival you will be responsible for the remaining balance owing.
- July, August & Long Weekend Rental Cancellation Policy: NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations made 60 days or less for summer bookings will be responsible for amount owing on cabin.
- We Advise all guests to purchase or check your travel insurance for their cancellation policy.
- Days lost through late arrival or early departure will NOT be refunded.
- Any Damages in cabin after departure will be subject to charges applied to the credit card on file.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are in Canadian funds and are subject to PST & GST.
- In the event the cabin you have reserved has unforeseen maintenance issues or is not rentble we will do our best to place you in a similar cabin.
- Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number indicates your agreement & consent with the booking terms & conditions.
VISITOR POLICY
- NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS unless registered with the office. Additional charges will apply for overnight guests and if not registered with the office a fee of $100 will be applied to the credit card on file. ( Cabins hold 4 adults max )
- Visitors may not arrive earlier than 10:00 am and must depart no later than 10:00 pm.
- You will be responsible for the conduct of your guests. NOISE COMPLAINTS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION.
- To ensure your privacy, please let us know if you will be having visitors.
- Visitors must check-in with the office and indicate who they are visiting. Visitor cars must be parked in the overflow parking lot located next to the garbage cages or across the highway. Only registered cars allowed to park at the cabin.
WEATHER POLICY
- There is an inherent risk anytime a vacation is booked in advance. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions. However, if the Highways Department closes the Highway #307 prior to 4 pm on the day of your arrival, we will offer you a credit equal to your deposit to be used within the same winter season. We strongly advise that you set out early enough to avoid a storm and regularly check winter driving conditions prior to your departure.
